It was soon realised that, besides poaching staff, he and others had appropriated and were using both technical and commercial information from the company they had left in order to build their new business.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Brear and Mr Williamson were required to assist the claimant\u2019s lawyers in identifying the intellectual property and commercial information involved and to prepare statements as witnesses of fact.
